Professionally trained and qualified engineers

From our five regional offices we have over 50 qualified engineers routinely working on a whole range of equipment. This could be an office split air conditioning system, or a vital close control unit in a data centre or maybe an advanced Turbocor chiller.

Training is recognised at Cooltherm as vitally important in maintaining our level of service. Our engineers are routinely assessed in-house by our technical department and given training applicable to their needs that enhances their knowledge and grows their skills.

Operational Support Team

Our engineers wouldn’t get far without our experienced and dedicated support team. They manage and organise each job, making sure each engineer has all the work details, RAMS, parts and materials to complete their repair. Our technical engineering team is also on hand to support if a particularly difficult problem is encountered. All endeavor to ensure that your equipment repair is completed correctly and on schedule with as little down time as possible.
