Service Manager
We are looking for a Service Manager to head up our Bristol service office. It's a really exciting role and a great opportunity to join our ambitious business. With responsibility for the service turnover and maintenance portfolio within the Bristol area this role will see you managing a team of service engineers and service support colleagues to deliver outstanding service and maintenance to refrigeration equipment and air conditioning systems across a wide customer base.

Day to day management of your depot service engineers & co-ordinating support team.
- Checking on engineer and providing support to the team welfare and problems.
- Checking job progress, advising on, and resolving any issues.
- Support colleagues as necessary with guidance and training.
- Ensure your team are able to complete all their duties correctly and achieve a high standard in all they do.
- Nurturing engineer and support team learning and career progress.
Day to day management and delivery of service client requests including, new enquiries, RFI’s, quotations, issue management and resolution.
Specifically actioning new enquiries with quotations. Identifying from worksheets additional repairs and submitting quotations.
Liaising and communicating with the client at all times
Achieve your depot revenue budget and maintain depot margin & focus on increasing maintenance contract base per annum.
Ensure all maintenance renewals are sent promptly and priced correctly.
